The aim of the youth exchange is to meet young people from other countries, get to know their culture, communicate in a foreign language and learn in different areas. At the end of the exchange, you will receive a YouthPass certificate,
which you can then use in your CV or at school. Erasmus+ is focused on the informal education of youth. With us, you can forget about textbooks and passive listening. You will learn from your own experiences and self-realization.
Other benefits of this program include the provision of food and accommodation, as well as reimbursement of travel expenses.
The only expense is a small participation fee of individual organizations. On average, 5 participants travel from each country.
What is also very interesting, you can extend your stay by one or two days and get to know other surrounding places with (new) friends.

Each project is focused on a certain topic. It can be related to sports, healthy lifestyle, business, unemployment, European Union labor market, environmental issues, sustainability and many others. Depending on the topic, various activities,
workshops, creative and motivational tasks, brainstorming, presentations, study visits – e.g. visiting universities or other state
institutions, etc. You communicate in English and knowledge of the language at a normal communication level is required.
Exchanges are a great way to improve your language skills and overcome barriers. The evenings belong mainly to cultural programs,
where the group presents its country and brings traditional dishes for tasting.
Often the organization organizes a trip where you can get to know interesting places.

The goal of the youth exchange is to improve the participant’s language skills and remove language barriers. The most common language of mobilities is English, which must be mastered at a normal communication level.
It is important to show initiative to learn something new and try to communicate with the participants.
In case it is a project where a certain level of language skills is required, we will inform you. It is mostly in the case of trainings, where professional topics are covered.

We support the initiative to subsequently create articles, a commemorative video, photos that we will post on our website and social networks.
It is also possible to organize a workshop/lecture for your friends, classmates, the wider community, where you will present the entire project – its progress, results and your feelings. We will be happy to help you organize a lecture or workshop.

According to the understanding of the European Commission and the Council of Europe, the educational system consists of three interconnected
components – formal education, informal education and informal learning (Kompas – Manual for the Education of Youth to Human Rights, 2006), where:
Formal education refers to a structured education system that includes all schools from primary to universities,
including specialized vocational and professional training programs. It is compulsory by law for a certain period of time (i.e. nine years), it usually takes place between the ages of 6 and 17, and upon successful completion, the graduate receives a certificate of completion or an academic degree. Non-formal education refers to all planned programs of personal and social development of people, which are intended to develop a whole range of competences outside the formal educational curriculum. These are organized educational activities outside the framework of the established official school system,
which offer those interested the deliberate development of life experiences, skills and attitudes based on a comprehensive system of values.
These activities are usually voluntary. The organizers are associations of children and youth and other non-governmental non-profit organizations,
school facilities for interest-based education – primarily leisure centers, educational agencies, clubs, cultural facilities and others.
Informal learning refers to the course of the whole life. In it, each individual acquires certain attitudes, values, skills and knowledge
under the influence of various educational stimuli in his environment and from everyday experience, for example from home, from the neighborhood, from the library, from the media, from experiences acquired at work, while playing.
European institutions are not interested in creating competition between formal education, non-formal education and informal learning.
The intention is that individual educational approaches inspire and complement each other so that together they form a functional and developing
lifelong learning process that will motivate each of us to personal and professional development.
